The Keewatin Patricia District School Board has received notification of another student at Dryden High School testing positive for COVID-19.
However just like the other recent case announced Friday, the Northwestern Health Unit has determined at this time there’s been no exposure to students or staff in the school.
As a result, there are no classroom closures or additional steps required.
KPDSB reminds their students and staff are reminded to use the Government of Ontario’s school screening tool before attending school.
Families are reminded by the board to not send your child(ren) to school with any symptom(s) consistent with COVID-19 and to contact the local assessment centre to make arrangements for testing.
