Dryden Public Library, Van Horne Avenue, Dryden, ON, Canada
The Friends of the Dryden Public Library will be holding their Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, May 7th at 5:45pm in the library. Everyone is welcome to attend.
I am so excited to share with you this amazing conference we have put together for Dryden and surrounding areas, if you can come in person, you are welcome to join us. This is all about starting the conversations and learning about resources in our area as well. We have some fabulous speakers joining us for a full day of learning and understanding that we can do small things to help have less stress when we or our loved one, nears the end of our Journey. This event is totally FREE and open to the public. Young and old we will most likely face our own or our families need for palliative care, learning what that might look like, how we might be a little more prepared and take control of our health. We can live well until we die. We do ask that you register if you will be joining us for lunch (so we have enough prepared) or for the "Don't Duck the Conversation" Advance Care Planning workshop (so we have the workbooks available). You can use the link to Eventbrite or use the QR code to find the link there, plus all of the posters are there too. But you don't have to register for the speakers. You can take in one speaker or all of them, your choice but I hope you will consider joining us. It truly will be an amazing event and it's FREE for everyone to attend. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to message me. I would love to tell you more. drydenrpcc@yahoo.com
