The annual Kinsmen Christmas Parade was cancelled for 2020 due to the COVID pandemic.  In its place, Domtar and the Kinsmen and Kinette Clubs are partnering for an evening CHRISTMAS TOUR OF LIGHTS!

Everyone is invited to drive through the community and enjoy the Christmas light displays from 6:30 to 8:30pm Friday, December 11th.

During the drive-thru voting, guests will receive a treat served “drive-thru style,” while COVID protocols are followed.  Monetary donations to Christmas Cheer will be promoted and collected at the site.   Non-perishable food item donations will also be collected at the site where the Dryden Food Bank will have their new refrigerated van on hand to collect the items. Drivers will enter on Casimir Avenue and exit on Kirkpatrick Avenue.

 

Again, strict COVID protocols will be followed to ensure everyone’s safety.  We want to ensure great to support for Christmas Cheer and the Food Bank so both Domtar and the Kinsmen will be matching the total monetary donations collected on the 11th.

You can cast your vote for the best displays in three categories:

• Best City Display
• Best Rural Display
• Best Business Display

Winners will be announced the week of December 14th on CKDR.
