Garry Merril St. Goddard
In loving memory and with heavy hearts we bid farewell to Garry (Mex) Merril St. Goddard, who passed away peacefully at the Dryden Regional Health Centre on July 27, 2016.
He is survived by his loving wife Janice, his step-children; Lisa of Wabigoon, Leanne (Shawn) of Thunder Bay, Lorne (Christy) of Dryden and Lana of Stony Plain, Alberta; grandchildren Ashton, Tanner, Tru and Tucker, his brothers; Randy of Dryden and Cory of Bakersfield, California, numerous nieces and nephews. Garry was predeceased by his parents Merril and Shirley, his brothers Mike and Mark.
In past years Garry was an avid outdoorsmen, he loved hunting, fishing, camping and playing Crib with friends. In the most recent years, you’d see Garry out and about in the van on one of many rides that he looked forward to. He will be greatly missed by all. The family would like to thank Dr. Gagnon, Dr. Cortens and the nurses at the Dryden Regional Health Centre for their care and compassion in our hour of need. Dr. Davenport and Dr. Arped of Thunder Bay Regional Health Science Centre, the nurses that took the time to make him comfortable, we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. To Bob Savage and staff from the Dryden Community Funeral Home, for all your help and support, it is greatly appreciated.
As per Garry’s wishes cremation has taken place, and there will be no Service, with interment of ashes at a later date.
