Jim Madder isn’t going anywhere.
He has received a new five year contract to stay on as President of Confederation College.
His current deal doesn’t expire until next year.
Board Chair Chris Fralick says they have completed a number of critical projects under his tenure, and notes the College is now known on a national scale.
He adds Madder has been instrumental in enhancing programming as well as aboriginal policy and learning.
Madder’s first order of business will be overseeing the development and implementation of a new strategic plan.
Madder says he’s pleased to be able to continue the work he and his team began just four years ago.
