Raylene Dawn Adams-Bighetty
July 26, 2000 – June 20, 2024
Raylene Dawn Adams-Bighetty, born on July 26th, 2000 unexpectedly passed at the young age of twenty-three. Raylene was born at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg Manitoba and grew up in Eagle Lake First Nation. She was a very passionate painter/writer/make-up artist (Her eye lashes were always on fleek). In addition to her many gifts she was a talented singer. Ray had the kindest heart; she complimented all and could put a smile on any face.
Raylene was predeceased by her loving Papa Irvin, Grandma Linda Adams and great grandma Mary Delyea. She is survived by her mother Stephanie (Travis), Father Claudemier (Deidre), Sisters Juanita & Kristen (Clinton), Brother Claudemier Jr. (Kalea) and her kokum “Kwetet” Margaret Gardner. Raylene will also be dearly missed by her aunties Jennifer & O’Hara, and her uncle Chris (Moose) plus cousins; Sheldon (Connor), Teegan, Carson, Mason, Graydon, Linden, Kane, Audi, Malcolm, Bennett and many more friends and family from Ontario and the province of Manitoba.
A two-day wake will begin on Saturday June 22nd, 2024 at 1:00pm at the Eagle Lake Community Hall. Funeral services will take place on Monday June 24th,2024, at 1:00pm at the Community Hall. Marcel Penner and elder Roy Napish will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Eagle Lake Cemetery. A feast will be held after services to celebrate Raylene’s life. All are welcome.
