The Dryden GM Ice Dogs continue to rebuild its coaching staff.
Kevin Raine has been hired as a Skills Coach.
Raine played for the Kenora AAA U18 Thistles, and as an affiliate player with the Ice Dogs, and went on to toil in the OHL, and the AHL with the Manchester Monarchs.
He retired as a member of the Belfast Giants in the Elite Ice Hockey League.
In all he played 303 professional hockey games.
He also launched Personal Best in 2022 providing fitness, hockey and mindset coaching.
His appointment comes just a week after the coach and assistant coach of the Ice Dogs resigned.
