A familiar face is back as chair of the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board.
Roger Griffiths was acclaimed at last night’s inaugural meeting.
He is the trustee for Machin and is entering is second year as chair of the board.
Dryden trustee Judy Green is the vice-chair.
She beat out incumbent Dave Cornish in an election.
In the meantime, the public school board has filled a trustee vacancy.
Teika Newton was selected to fill the position held by Robert Kitowski, who moved from the community.
