A petition has been launched claiming several units at Patricia Gardens remain empty while a number of seniors in the community sit on a waiting list.
The group wants an answer from the administration and the facility’s board of directors of the Dryden District Senior Services.
In July the board responded to similar complaints stating it was involved in negotiations with a number of agencies which until it was completed, the units would be unable to be filled.
Acadia News has reached out to the board for an update and comment on the petition but did not receive a response by deadline.
