Linda Irene Cockriell
August 18, 1941 – September 27, 2022
A Celebration of Linda’s life will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2023 from 12 noon until 2 p.m. at The Centre – 100 Casimir Ave, Dryden, ON. Lunch and beverages will be served.
In loving memory of Linda Irene Cockriell who passed away, on September 27, 2022, at the Dryden Regional Health Centre with family by her side.
Linda was born and raised in Michigan, then moved to Dryden from Minnesota in 1984 and was proud to gain her Canadian citizenship.
Linda made numerous friends over the years working at the PI and Walmart. She was very friendly and always had a smile and a warm greeting for everyone she met. She loved fishing, animals and gardening.
Linda is survived by her husband of 40 years Ward, children Jodi (Steve), Troy (Kerry), Laurie, Kerry (Oksana), sister-in-law Cyrena Wright, 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and close friends.
Special thanks to Dr. Wilson-Smith and Dr. Cook and the nursing staff and especially Kerri and Olivia for your care and compassion.
Cremation has taken place.
