Sioux Lookout rallied for a pair of third period goals to edge the Dryden GM Ice Dogs 3-2 in a SIJHL game played in Sioux Lookout.
The Bombers trailed 2-1 heading into the third period before getting goals from Ty Bahm and Lucas Trimarchi early in the period for the win.
Dryden held a 1-0 lead after 20 minutes on a goal from James Hooton, his 14th of the season.
Owen Riffel tied the game for the Bombers four minutes into the second with his 16th of the season.
The goal also extended his point-scoring streak to five games.
Jack Cullen with his first of the season, would restore the Ice Dogs’ lead 1:16 later.
Dryden outshot their opponents 53-32.
The Bombers netminder Jake Manners was named the game’s first star.
Teammates Tegan Neuman and Bahm earned second and third start honours, respectively.
The win moves Sioux Lookout into a tie with Dryden for second place in the standings with 39 points.
The GM Ice Dogs have a game in hand.
Elsewhere, Zach Carson set up for goals as the Wisconsin Lumberjacks defeated the Thunder Bay North Stars 5-1.
