There are a pair of games tonight in the SIJHL, including a battle between the Dryden GM Ice Dogs and the Sioux Lookout Bombers in Sioux Lookout.
The Dogs are two points up on the Bombers in the tight race for the second, third and fourth spots in the standings.
The Bombers are 4-0-1-0 in their last five games.
The two teams have split six previous games this season.
The last was on December 17, a 2-1 overtime win for the Bombers in Sioux Lookout.
Owen Riffel has had the sharp hand for the Bombers lately, recording at least a single point in each of his last four games, racking up two goals and five assists during the streak.
Landon Stromme has been equally as impressive for Dryden, with a four-game point-scoring streak of his own where he’s registered two goals and five assists.
Teammates Jordan Pfoh and Bryce Benfield are also carrying four-game point-scoring streaks into tonight’s game.
Game time at the Sioux Lookout Memorial Arena is 7:30 p.m.
The other game on the schedule has the Wisconsin Lumberjacks hosting the Thunder Bay North Stars.
