Eagle River community volunteers have once again decorated for the season! Thanks to all of them for brightening the welcoming area of Eagle River for all to see.
The following pictures and description has been submitted by Connie Calvert.
Merry Christmas to one and all – with special recognition and thanks to all of the volunteers who help our communities thrive!
Our volunteer tree decorating has come to fruition.
This has become an annual tradition.
Ryan Jaeger cut and installed the trees,
We appreciate his speed, accuracy and expertise!
Red bows dot our history wall,
Thanks Ryan, you missed your decorating call.
Shannon & Spencer created this ‘Starwars’ gem,
Hand crafted decorations; so proud of them.
Look at Yoda as you drive by,
Big black eyes……cutest guy.
Debbie zhuzhed this cute little tree,
Adorned with red for all to see.
She carefully topped it with a star,
You can spot it from afar.
Janet and Nita made this tree feel at home,
Embelished with red bows and silver pine cones.
We all get to enjoy their design,
You did a great job, big time.
Charn, Zoe and Zane brought this tree to life,
Ribbons, decorations and solar light.
We all enjoy their annual imagination,
What a great collaboration.
Mandy, Todd and Jett transformed the Montgomery tree,
It was decorated by all three.
They work as a family,
What a wonderful sight to see.
Addie, Kelly, Scott, Ryan, Erik, Kaedyn, Darian, Diana and Tony….the Jaeger trees crew,
They do such a fab job, amazing what a family can do.
Thank you for your time and decorative flair,
The spirit of Christmas fills the air.
Sharon keeps our book library organized and up to date,
Wonder what’s in there…..just can’t wait.
Thank you volunteers for the community work you do,
We wish everyone Merry Christmas and Happy New Year too!
