Conservation officers are looking for a hunter or hunters who killed a deer on private property in the Kenora area.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry says they were alerted to a kill site on Ostersund Road just off Highway 641 last month.
It’s believed that a white-tail deer was shot on November 12th.
The MNRF says they take the situation very seriously and are looking to identify the hunter or hunters responsible.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the MNRF’s tips line at 1-877-847-7667 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
