A third person has been charged with first degree murder in the death of Dryden’s Henry Stone-Arnold.
The accused can’t be named under terms of the Youth Criminal Justice Act, as the individual was under the age of 18 at the time of the death.
The individual was originally charged with obstructing justice, uttering threats and accessory after the fact.
The accused is expected to appear in court at a later date.
Two other people were charged earlier this year with first degree murder and committing indignity to a body.
They are now before the courts.
Henry Stone-Arnold was last seen alive in the City of Dryden on August 8, 2018 and human remains were found on private property on Trist Road that were later identified as belonging to him.
That prompted a massive police investigation and a plea for public help to find those responsible.
