Provincial Police across the Northwest Region want to hear from you.
Community Satisfaction Surveys are being conducted this month to gain public opinions about the services OPP detachments deliver.
Selected households will be mailed a survey invitation letter that will provide a web address and code for completing the poll online.
It also includes a toll-free line if you want to complete it over the phone.
Some may receive calls from the survey vendor to collect feedback.
You will be asked about issues such as community security, perceptions of crime and youth issues in the community, OPP presence in the community, service delivery and even how the OPP investigates crime and enforces the law.
The information provided is being collected by research consultant, D.A. Malatest & Associates LTD and all feedback is confidential and the names, telephone numbers, and addresses of those contacted will not be included in the survey results.
The information is used to improve service in the region.
The whole process is expected to be completed by November 30.
