Provincial Police in Dryden and Ignace weren’t quiet when patrolling area roadways this past week.
Officers issued 214 tickets under the Highway Traffic Act and another 219 Provincial Offence Notices for Traffic Violations.
It was part of a busy week for OPP with 449 calls for service.
That’s up from 326 from the previous report.
OPP laid 9 charges under the Criminal Code.
