The provincial government is making it more convenient for people to keep their government-issued identification and permits up to date.
Holders of Ontario Photo Cards can now sign up for free reminders by email, text, or phone call 60 and 30 days before it is time to renew.
This includes health cards, driver’s licences and licence plates.
The government says it’s important to keep all Ontario ID up to date to ensure seamless access to critical services and avoid fines or penalties.
You can take advantage of the reminder by going online, by phone at 1-800-387-3445 or by visiting a ServiceOntario Centre in person.
