A Red Lake resident is dead following a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 11.
The crash occurred last Friday night around 6:50 between Longlac and Highway 631.
Provincial Police say the vehicle was traveling west when it left the roadway and the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
A passenger was transported to hospital with minor injuries.
The driver has been identified as 69 year old Yvonne Samson.
The investigation continues and a post-mortem exam will be conducted at a later date.
