It may seem hard to believe with all of the rain but there is one forest fire burning in northwestern Ontario.
The small blaze is classed as not under control near Margo Lake, about 14 kilometres northeast of Longlac.
It’s just the second wild fire in the region since the season started on April 1.
The fire hazard is low across the Northwest Region with the exception of areas of moderate hazard in the Sioux Lookout and Red Lake sectors.
