The 25th Annual Dryden High School mini-Powwow is Friday at the Gordon Wood Auditorium.
The community event runs from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Organizers Cara Balla, Alyssa Kirouac and Ryan Graham were on the CKDR Morning Show Tuesday to promote the mini-powwow.
“We are calling all community services, partnerships, volunteers, and local businesses to support and participate.
Ryan Graham says a lot of work has been put into this years gathering.
“We would like to thank everyone who’s going to help us and who is going to support us and especially all the kids who have been working so hard to make this wonderful event happen.”
Graham adds, “Dryden High School mini-powwow is a regional event and it’s for everyone, it’s for all ages, and you know what, this is the opening for the Treaty #3 powpow season, so come on out and support us.”
