The group that’s bargaining a new deal between Ontario’s Colleges and the Ontario Public Service Employees Union wants its latest offer taken to a vote.
The College Employer Council has made the request to the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
The two sides have been bargaining since last July.
This includes mediation in October and conciliation in November which ended in a “No Board report”.
The Council says its offer addresses the concerns put forward by the union and makes no concessions.
Some 15,000 faculty, including those at Confederation College, have been working to rule since December 18.
