Four new cases of COVID-19 in our region.
Three are in the Sioux Lookout region with one in the Dryden/Red Lake reporting area with the other coming from the Sioux Lookout region.
The active case count is now at 19.
The Thunder Bay District recorded 18 new positives Wednesday and the active count is at 134.
Ontario surpassed 1,000 cases for the first time since June 1.
There were 1,009 positives.
Health officials are also reporting 8 more COVID-related deaths.
