The Northwestern Health Unit is reporting one case of COVID-19 Thursday.
The positive result comes from the Dryden Red Lake region.
The active case doesn’t budge from 15, with nine active cases remain in the Kenora area, three in Dryden Red Lake, two in the Rainy River District and one in the Sioux Lookout area.
Meanwhile, cases creep up in the Thunder Bay District with 12 new positive test results putting their active count at 49.
Ontario reports 748 new cases with 375 of those not fully vaccinated individuals and 44 with an unknown vaccination status.
Individuals who are not fully vaccinated represent 23.8% of Ontario’s total population & amount to 375 of Ontario's 748 new reported cases. 44 cases are in individuals with an unknown vaccination status.
