Dryden’s Sam Brunton has been recognized for a strong week of hockey.
The 20 year old centre with the South Shore Lumberjacks has been named to the Player of the Week team in the Maritime Junior Hockey League.
Brunton registered a goal and an assist in two games last week.
It’s the second year for Brunton in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia.
He has 2 goals, 3 assists, 5 points and 10 penalty minutes in 13 games so far this year.
