William “Bill” Clarke from Dryden. Unknown barracks, probably in Canada.
Bill was in Jamaica and then in Europe during WW2.
His brother Walt recalled that Bill was a flame thrower operator and didn’t talk about the war much afterward.
Bill returned home to Dryden after his tour in Europe and lived out his life here.
