First Street from Pioneer Street to Park Avenue will be closed to vehicles from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm.
Public Works is completing hydrant repairs.
Meantime, Schmidt Crescent will be off-limits Wednesday from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm.
The closure is necessary to complete repairs to the wastewater distribution system.
