Interested in a career in policing?
Members of the Provincial Police in northwestern Ontario are actively recruiting.
Constable Erin Huckell says applications are being accepted for provincial constable, civilian employment and volunteer positions.
Huckell says you can learn more Saturday, October 2 at an Open House at the Dryden Detachment from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm.
“I will be there. I’m the recruitment ambassador and I will absolutely love to answer any questions that anybody has about recruiting or a possible career with the OPP.”
Police equipment will be on display at the Open House and specialty members from the Emergency Response Team, Canine, Explosives Disposal Unit, Technical Collision Investigators and Collision Reconstructionist, and Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems will be in attendance.
