Ignace is hosting an online panel discussion Thursday on a plan to host an underground repository for used nuclear waste.
The Township has been collecting questions from residents and the region and will ask senior Nuclear Waste Management Organization staff for answers during this webinar.
They will be asking the tough questions about willingness, site selection, transportation and more.
The September 2 event is from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
