A special air quality statement has once again been issued for the Sioux Lookout, Red Lake and Ear Falls areas.
Smoke plumes from forest fires in northwestern Ontario and eastern Manitoba will continue, resulting in poor air quality and low visibility.
Individuals may experience symptoms such as increased coughing, throat irritation, headaches or shortness of breath.
Children, seniors, and those with cardiovascular or lung disease, such as asthma, are especially at risk.
Update: #Incident #HWY105 north of #EarFalls and #RedLake area visibility can be reduced due to smoke from nearby #ForestFires Please make sure your headlights are on and use caution travelling #HWY105 northerly to Red Lake. https://t.co/aJ7Xo4HX0R https://t.co/tHGet6SEKk
