Kenora’s Gabe Mastromatteo finished sixth in heat three of the Men’s 100 metre breaststroke at the Tokyo Summer Games.
The 19-year-old was third at the half way point, but slipped back in the final 50 metres.
Mastromatteo finished 1.54 seconds behind Finland’s Matti Mattsson.
Next up for Mastromatteo is the 4×100 metre mixed medley relay on July 29.
