There were more calls for service, but less charges laid in the Dryden Police Services weekly update.
Police responded to 199 calls and laid 17 charges under the Highway Traffic Act and Criminal Code.
Compared to DPS’s previous report, there were 190 calls and 33 charges laid.
From June 21-27, some of the call Dryden police attended include:

Calls for mental health dropped from 16 to four over the past week, while calls for police assistance went up by seven and other call categories stayed relatively the same.
