It is with broken hearts that we the family of Joyce Carol Skomoroh (nee Engel) announce her peaceful passing after a brief battle with cancer on Thursday June 10, 2021 at the age of 75 years at the Bethesda Regional Health Centre in Steinbach, MB.
She was predeceased by her loving parents Tony and Jean Engel and sister Carol.
Joyce will be dearly missed by her high school sweetheart, lifelong travel partner and husband of 55 years, Don, daughter Pamela (Tom) Fortier, son Duane (Laura) Skomoroh, daughter Jennifer Skomoroh, favorite granddaughter Patricia and favorite grandson Michael.
Joyce enjoyed travelling, spending time with family and introducing new family members to the fine art of gambling.
Donations in Joyce’s memory may be made to the Canadian Celiac Association or to a charity of one’s choice
