A sad end in the search for a missing 49 year old man in the Pikangikum area.
Allan King was reported missing May 2 in an area known as Hamburger Hill.
That prompted an extensive search by Provincial Police, Pikangikum Police, community volunteers and others.
He was found dead Wednesday.
The cause of death is now being investigated and a post mortem will be held in Kenora at an undetermined date.
Community members crowded the airport yesterday to support family, relatives, and friends of the late Allan King.
