A 35 year old Pikangikum resident is in custody following a serious assault in Sioux Lookout.
The incident occurred May 11 at a hostel on Meno Ya Win Way.
Provincial Police say two people were sent to hospital with one air lifted to Winnipeg with potential life threatening injuries.
OPP add the accused assaulted a peace officer and resisted arrest.
The individual faces a total of four charges.
The name of the accused can’t be released in order to protect the identity of the victims.
