New Gold says ten workers are impacted by a workplace outbreak declared at the Rainy River Mine earlier this week.
Three workers are confirmed to have tested positive for COVID-19.
The company says seven others tested “non-negative” during its onsite testing.
All ten are now isolated.
Operations at the mine site continue for those not afflicted with the virus.
