The Ford government has made some changes to the latest COVID provincial restrictions one day after they were announced.
Area playgrounds will now be able to reopen if everyone is following public health regulations.
Ontario’s enhanced restrictions were always intended to stop large gatherings where spread can happen.
Our regulations will be amended to allow playgrounds but gatherings outside will still be enforced. Play outside safely. Parents keep your distance & wear masks if you can’t.

As well police were originally allowed to make random stops for not following the stay-at-home order, but the government has walked away now only allowing police to stop vehicles or people if they are suspected of participating in an organized public event or social gathering.
