It ended up being a warm month of March in the Dryden area.
Bill Laidlaw of Signal Weather Services says the average temperature was -1.2, making it the fourth warmest since 2000.
The warmest was in 2012 at +2.0.
Laidlaw says the warmest day was +14.6 on the 20, while the coldest was -27.2 on March 1.
The CKDR Meteorologist says we had 12 days with an average temperature greater than zero last month.
Laidlaw says it was also very, very dry.
He notes precipitation total was 2.2 millimetres, which looks like the driest March in over 100 years.
