Two people working at Resolute Forest Product’s pulp and paper complex have tested positive for COVID-19.
The company tells us there were also three other people who had symptoms, but they tested negative.
As for those who had direct impact with the two who tested positive, or at risk of contact, they are in quarantine at home.
Resolute adds more people are working from home where possible, and operations at the site have been minimally impacted.
There are no active cases in woodlands or the Thunder Bay sawmill.
