The Northwestern Health Unit is reporting nine new positive cases of COVID-19.
They all come from the Kenora region but the exact location isn’t being disclosed.
Follow up with the persons involved and their contacts has started and anyone who is identified will be notified directly.
There are now 84 active cases.
The Thunder Bay area is reporting 46 new cases and 1 death.
That’s the 15th straight day of double digit gains in the district.
The total active case count is now 304.
Another 1,054 infections have been recorded in Ontario, with nine new deaths.
