School buses are once again not running in most parts of Northwestern Ontario.
There is one exception in Upsala.
Schools remain open.
An Extreme Cold Warning is still in effect and is expected to last throughout the weekend.
We can can expect extreme wind chills Saturday.
Highs will be in the mid-teens on Monday and Tuesday but it will remain windy.
