The extreme cold has forced the cancellation of all school bus service across the region Monday.
Schools remain open.
We can expect extreme wind chills into the minus 40s this morning and tonight with our daytime temperature not getting much warmer.
And that can lead to frostbite in a matter of minutes.
Environment Canada expects the cold to stay with us until early next week.
