It appears the Superior International Junior Hockey League won’t be in jeopardy because of the province wide lockdown.
The season is scheduled to resume January 11, two days after the shutdown ends in northwestern Ontario.
Out of town players have been cleared to return to their respective communities but will have to limit contact to their billet families only for 14 days.
Everyone must be screened and cleared fit for return.
Players with the Dryden GM Ice Dogs are due back December 28th.
The team can’t practice until January 11, the same day they are scheduled to play.
