A Snowfall Warning is in place for most of northwestern Ontario.
Heavy wet snow is expected to arrive later Tuesday afternoon and carry on overnight.
We may also see some freezing drizzle.
15 centimetres is expected by Wednesday morning in Red Lake, Ear Falls, Kenora, Dryden, Ignace and Fort Frances.
Sioux Lookout, Upsala and Atikokan might see 20 centimetres.
Wind gusts of up to 50 kilometres an hour Wednesday will result in blowing and drifting snow and treacherous driving conditions.
Visibility will be poor and all non-essential travel is not recommended.
