A 34-year-old man from southern Ontario is dead following a two vehicle collision in Nipigon.
Police say the crash occurred Sunday night around 7:00 on Highway 11-17.
An eastbound car and a westbound transport collided and the lone person in the car was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim has been identified as Brian Joseph Saude of Mississauga.
Two people in the tractor-trailer unit weren’t injured.
The cause of the crash, that closed the highway for roughly seven hours, is under investigation.
