Several temperature records were set Sunday across northwestern Ontario.
The hot spot was Fort Frances at 21.4 degrees. (old mark was 17.4 set 2016)
Atikokan wasn’t far behind at 20.3. (old mark was 15.6 set 1964)
Thunder Bay hit 18.9. (old mark was 15.6 set 1964)
Kenora reached 18.7 degrees. (old mark was 16.2 set 1999)
The temperature in Dryden got to 18.2, eclipsing the old record of 16.7 set in 1999.
Sioux Lookout reached 17.2, surpassing the previous record of 16.1 in 1999.
Ear Falls hit 15-degrees and that beat the old mark of 13.3 in 1969.
