The Dryden Regional Health Centre’s COVID-19 Assessment Centre is experiencing an overwhelming increase in the volume of calls.
In a Facebook post, DRHC says the calls are from individuals wishing to book appointments for COVID-19 swabbing.
DRHC says they are working to increase staffing, extend hours of availability, and source technical support to meet the demands for our community.
The team at DRHC understands the public’s worry and frustration regarding the COVID-19 virus.
DRHC staff asks for co-operation, patience and kindness while they work to enhance the Assessment Centre capacity.
