The Red Lake Margaret Cochenour Memorial Hospital is now closed to non-urgent care.
Officials say the facility is off-limits because of the threat of a nearby forest fire and are urging everyone to follow evacuation orders.
Diagnostic and lab service has also been suspended but the hospital is open to emergency care.
All patients have been transferred safely to other hospitals across the region.
The COVID-19 isolation centre has also been evacuated and is closed until further notice.
