Walmart Canada is making face coverings (masks) mandatory at all of its Canadian stores starting this coming Wednesday, August 12. The rule will apply to all staff and all customers.
The company says the mask rule will apply at all 400 of its’ stores in Canada, regardless if there is already a local ordinance in place.
Other retailers, businesses and offices in our area of Northwestern Ontario are under orders from the Northwestern Health Unit to implement mask policies by Monday, August 17.
