The provincial and federal governments are teaming up to provide money for child care operators in Ontario.
Education Minister Stephen Lecce says it’s all part of their Return to School Plan.
“The Safe Restart Agreement will provide over 230 million dollars to cover the costs of enhanced cleaning, as well as health and safety protocols in child care centers,” says Lecce.
Lecce says as of September 1st, child care operators will be able to operate as they did in the past, at full capacity.
